I just signed up for a couple of more years here. When I first moved in a year ago it was going to be a temporary stay because I had experienced a house fire.

However, I have figured out the Devonshire Management Team. It's a conspiracy. They go to great lengths to make you feel like you are the most important person in the whole building so that you will just never want to leave.
Everybody is in on it from John Donovan and his gang in the leasing office to Dustin and his Concierge Team. Oh, and let's not forget the Maintenance Team. I only had two maintenance problems during the year (both were self-inflicted) and both were dealt with before I came home for lunch!

My firm is relocating a guy from our Florida office to Boston and after a look at all the other options he too is coming to the Devonshire.

In a value for money comparison this place is great. The apartment is top quality everything; the neighbors all seem to be long time residents and super-nice. Last but not least: Very special Concierge people include Gene, Lynn, Carlos, Adrian & Rob...Yes, these guys will make you so glad to be home every time you walk in the front door.
