My wife and I have lived in Boston for the past year. The Devonshire's location is ideal as it is located one-two blocks from each of the four subway lines. The apartments are modern with new appliances and counters in both the bathroom and kitchen. Having the concierge staff made receiving packages easy as neither my wife or I had to be home to accept them. Both the maintenance and management staff were responsive and highly effective. Additionally, the gym and swimming pool on the top of the building provided a bonus convenience. If we weren't moving out of the Boston area, we would definitely continue living at the Devonshire.
