I moved here over two years ago. My family loves it here. The staff really makes you feel at home. The concierge is very accomodating and not confrontational. The leasing office is a pleasure to work with. The maintenance staff is always available when needed. In addition, as a mother, I feel the building is child friendly. The Sky Club is definitely a nice perk for city living. My husband and I have lived many places in Boston, and I would highly recommend the Devonshire as a rental building.
