Horrible management, only thing they cared about was raising rent

Do not rent here. this building is terrible. The building changed management last year and the new management is only concerned about raising rent.
1) Management does not promptly address maintenance issues.
2) The elevator is always broken. Just hope it works on the day you're moving in! It's been like this for almost a year.
3) The walls are paper thin - you can pretty much hear your neighbors doing everything!
4) I think there is a limit to how much hot water you can use per day. Make sure you don't stay in the shower for over 20 minutes!
5) This building is NOT even wired for cable. Those with cable internet connections are ---- out of luck...
6) Heat is NOT completely covered in rent. you have to pay the electricity that powers the fans, which are VERY VERY noisy.
7) This building is above Chau Chow City, a restaurant that is open 24-7. You basically can't fall asleep on weekends because rowdy kids go there after clubbing. The windows let in an incredible amount of noise.
