This is a terrible place to live. It's noisy as hell, especially during early morning trash pickups. I'm not sure if it's just the tenants or the restaurant downstairs, but the hallways always smell of chinese cooking - sometimes noxiously so...
Besides everything else the previous poster pointed out, the area is also NOT safe. Homeless people, prostitutes, and drug dealers roam this street. I've seen people deal drugs, smoke crack, and get into fights. The street at night is almost deserted and is dark with a lot of shadowy spots. I'm always afraid to go home late at night!
