This place is a Good deal compared to prices throughout the city. The quality of the Apartment is not Luxury but for the price is very fair and in good condition. Only drawback is that it can be noisy outside. Overall i have enjoyed living here

You are the only one in this posting like this apartment. Other than noise, do you find problem with safety and rodent?
