I lived here for 6 months and had to break the lease and move out. The noise from Newbury was deafening at all hours of the day and night. The music players had amplifiers in front of the building and played continuously.No double panes on the windows

The concierge let everyone into the building. Never made anyone sign in. One of the concierges was drunk half the time. Filthy lobby- with tremendous stench from the garbage dumpster kept next to the lobby and from Stephanie's kitchen.

So happy am not living there anymoe
