Notorious bad management

1.cockroaches
We found many cockroaches in kichen and bathroom, and we asked management to terminate those.However management didn't try to do it seriously.
Actually, there is fundarmental problems in this building.As you might know, there is a famous restaurant on 1st floor. You can easily understand what is wrong with this apartment.They cannot terminate them with this restaurant.I found big mice on the road near this place.

2.Management
They were good before move-in. However after then, they didn't handle many important things, and they sometimes even didn't respond.They easily broke their promise.You have to find out if you can trust them by yourself.

3.Noise
Newbury is good place to go shopping or eat.However you can find out there is not good place to live.You would be upset beucase of noise early in the morning like 5am because there are many commercial buildings around there.They need to deliver something before dawn.
And This is very important!You have to avoid south side.There are many noisy fans on the roof of the restaurant(1st floor).You can hear the noise even if you are on the 8th or 9th floor.You might be upset if you are north side because of the noise from Newbury st. there are many cars and people walking and eating in the terrace of the famous restaurant.

4.parking
I have to wait to use parking spot.You have to ask management if there is available spot.And you have to get out of the parking to drive between Boylston st. and Newbury st.There is trucks to deliver foods to the restaurant in the morning, so I had to wait while they were there.
