No matter what management says, Exeter Tower has a huge noise problem. Newbury street in the summer is filled with loud people, music and traffic. On the back side of the building you have to deal with the trash trucks picking up trash in the middle of the night including 4am. The noise problem at Exeter Towers is specific to this building and is something you never get used to.
