basically its a place for delinquents who have nothing to live for and will rob and steal from people. If you want to live in a hopless dump then this is the place for you, if you have have better things to do with your life rather than live around an unsanitary dump with a bunch of ghetto ---- thugs that have no job and family, then you dont wanna try this place. Its a piece of GARBAGE!
