Garrison sq. mgt properties are pretty on the outside, but poorly constructed, use cheap materials, and are way over priced. Their staff are very unprofessional and not courteous at all. The sales people even touted features like 24 hr concierge and access to rooftops, etc., that tenants never got, promting one tenant to seek legal recourse! Avoid this company at all costs.
