Terrible management. I get better treatment from a dog than I do from their staff

I agree. I had nothing but terrible experiences with the staff. Avoid at all costs

Wish "staff" could be defined better. Property Manager? Admin? On-site cleaning/doorman/whatever? Owner? Please be specific.
