Great location, good size apartment, roof top pool

I lived here for two years. It was officiallly a two bedroom/2 bathroom with the dining room converted into a 3rd SMALL bedroom (3 people). The windows were large, but occasionally leaked during major Nor-easters. You pay all utilities, but that includes controlling your heat/central-air.
The location can't be beat. My unit was on the back, overlooking the SOuth End so it was much quieter than units facing Huntington Ave.
Management was responsive, concierge was friendly, pool, library and gym were nice touches...and included in the rental price.
Disadvantages are that you can occasionally hear your neighbors through the walls. Also, the building is set up on a long interior corridor. This makes it feel like a dormitory (but with nicer finishes).
Since I've left, though, I've considered moving back...but when I called, the rental rates have more than tripled in just 6 years.
