Location can't be beat. On-site management and staff have always been very nice and responsive.

I have lived here for over ten years. I live on the back side of the building so I get the morning light. The view is spectular. I am the envy of most of my other city friends. Layout is nice (two bedroom/two bath) with the bedrooms separate from the livingroom area. Everything is so convenient. I use many of the shops in the building, including the dry cleaners, the restaurant, the florist and the convenience store (they stock my favorite ice cream just for me!) I haven't had too many maintenance issues over the years but when needed ususally fixed within two days. I have gotten to meet some of my neighbors over the years at the pool parties management hosts in the summer - which is nice because it is sometimes hard to meet people in the city outside of work. Overall I would recommend it to anyone.
