I don't know why the other ratings were not positive, though I see several are a few years old.

This past year has been great. The staff treat you like family and always say 'hello' and smile when they see you (not like the last place I lived!).

I've never had a problem with noise.

The location is great - it is close to everything.

I would definately recommend it to my friends. By the way - I am not a student.
