I moved in last year because they gave a nice no fee offer plus one months free rent, but it's been horrible since then. The walls are paper thin and even light bass from across the hall will keep you awake at night. My apartment is two away from the elevator and you can hear the ding in your bedroom and the people who have loud conversations are just downright annoying at night. Some hallways reek of marijuana. When it came time to renew, they try to jack up the rate and tell you literally, take it or leave it, we don't need your business.
