Come on guys greenhouse isn't that bad. I just renwed my lease. Yes people tend to smoke marijuana but I have lived at many buildings in boston and they all smell like marijuana. And living in a college town like Boston most buildings have a little noise problem. I actually found people to be nice, especially managment and concierge. And from my experience the trash in the halls are left by the american kids. Not the "eurotrash". For the location I think greenhouse is your best deal.
