I am a current resident, and a temporary one, as my wife is a patient at BUMC. I have enjoyed living here, as I like the location, and find things to be very convenient. It is walking distance to BUMC and there are plenty of stores close by to get necessities. I have had no problem with the garage staff, as mentioned by others.

Noise is a serious concern, and I feel we live on a pretty quiet floor. Unfortunately, cities are noisy places, and the apartments are not at all soundproof.

I am offended by the characterization of problem tenants as "EuroTrash". I enjoy the diversity of the building, and the loudest and most rude tenants I have encountered are white, American college kids. It definitely is a rich kids dorm.

However, our apartment is spacious and clean, the staff has been friendly and responsive, and the location cannot be beat for my needs.
