I think other reviews are confusing eurotrash with South American Rich kids whose corrupt parents send them to study abroad and, instead of studying they squander their parent's money. Europeans don't usually come to the US to study, that's for sure.
With that said, I proceed to review the craphole that the greenhouse (BrownHouse is more appropiate).
The management is a joke, rude, unreliable and liars. When I moved in they told me that the rent will not be increased the second year. second year comes and the raised the rent and told me" take it or leave it". they don't care, since most of the residents are these rich kids predominantly from south america's richest and most corrupt families, or from middle east' oil moguls. so management take advantage of this to make the most profit. very unethical and unprofessional.
Security is another joke. I never knew what the deal was with security, they were useless. they would sleep in the lobby's little library and disregard complaint calls from parties at 3:00am. OH, and my neightbor got robbed all of his CD's collection, apparently from someone living in the building. so I would not call this building safe. it is like living on a THIRD WORLD COUNTRY, just like most of the building residents.
Lobby, elevators, hallways were always trashed and vandalized on weekends. cigarette butts, alcohol bottles, etc etc.
The apartments have no noise insulation whatsoever, I could hear people walking and talking on the hallways, loud music on other apartments. it was a real nightmare.
So, you've been warned, stay out of the greenhouse. this is a disrespectful rich kids dorm whose parents do not care to spend two thousand dollars for a one bedroom apartment.
