The one good thing about living at the Greenhouse is the location. Unfortanately the bad outweighs the good and the following are a few things that you should take into consideration before moving into the place:

1) Noise (all day and all night)- unlike most of the residents of the building, I actually have to get up early for work. The noise levels, partying, music were constant and unacceptable. It's particularly bad around labor day when the students are unleashed into the building.
2) Mess - the building is often littered with cigarette butts, empty beer bottles etc in the common areas.
3) Staff - the staff who work there are unhlepful in the extreme.
4) The windows leak when it rains
5) The windows do not retain any heat in the winter time - I had to resort to three comforters as the bedroom never warmed up even though the heating was permanently switched on. When it is minus farenheit outside, you really need windows that keep the warm air in.
5) Smells waft between the apartments - the cooking smells aren't too bad but the smell of cigarette smoke (and worse) did get on my nerves
6) If you think you can enjoy a peaceful afternoon by the rooftop pool think again, all you will hear is annoying students speaking on their cell phones at the top of their voices and their friends who come round to use the pool.
7) Security - I have heard of people climbing over the back wall to get into 1st floor apartments. I have also found people sleeping in the hallways.
8) Rowdy element - at the weekends, the lobby resembles a nightclub chill out zone. It is full of noisy, arrogant students meeting up with their friends. The Greenhouse is an apartment building - it should not be used as a dorm.
YOU CAN FIND A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE !!!
