Greenhouse Apartments

Management is HORRIBLE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   We are a professional couple who need short-term housing in Boston. The location and size of the apartment were very good. The condition of the place and quality of furnishings was fairly poor given the price, but acceptable. The apartment was also not particularly clean when we moved in. While there did seem to be very many student tenants, at least our apartment was quiet and the tenants polite, as were the concierges. The management is what makes me recommend so strongly against this place. They were rude to me and my few guests and not at all accomodating. We were kept waiting for appointments for long periods of time with no apology, but rather attitude. We're still struggling to get the invoice from them we need to apply for reimbursement from our employer, and my phone calls are generally met with something along the lines of "we're very busy, we hope to get to it soon"...but not so polite.
