Great for a year, but not recommended for working professionals

I've just completed my first year living here. Many of the previous reviews are accurate- Reasonable sound-isolation, lots of rich international students, great valet parking under the building, and expensive rent.
I've had consistent noise problems with my upstairs neighbor's bass shaking things in my apartment. If you don't mind someone mixing electronica from 10pm - 5am Thursday through Sunday, this is perfect for you. It's a great location but expensive, and while I don't regret my first year here- I guarantee it'll be my only year here.
