Great location, nice units, friendly place

Incredible location, the pool deck on the mezzanine level is an oasis in the city and extremely relaxing. The building has undergone renovations, but depending on the units owner, most of the units have not been renovated individually. Large, open floor plans, have really enjoyed living there, but the high C0-OP fee has kept me and my wife from buying there. Great place to rent.
