Don't get lured. Initially, the building seems like a good proposition. Easy access to the Longwood medical area and Back Bay. The units appear in fairly good condition. But once you are in, it doesn't take long to realize that the construction is cheap, maintenance is a problem and, most importantly, you no respect from garrison square management. The office staff is rude, rarely returns phone calls and is unprofessional. If you have a problem, you can guarantee they are not going out of their way to fix it. Nothing about this building is worth the aggravation they put you through. Go elsewhere
