Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2001
 
The service levels are way below average and the basic maintenance is very bad. I think I have to take it up legally for getting the overall maintenance levels up. The insulation in windows is falling apart due to which the heating bills are going up. This is very serious and I think most of the residents are going to take it up legally.
