35 Brookline

35 Brookline St. has nice, unlevel flooring. I had to place a 1 inch piece of wood under two of my bed frame legs to level it out. Also the doors are hollow and cheap, making for difficult closure and easy noise penetration.
I personally liked how all the bedrooms, the kitchen, and living room shared 1 circuit breaker, while each bathroom had its own...and the dishwasher has its own too. Given a 4 bedroom apartment, you might expect 4 residents. Given 4 residents, you'd probably expect one to be on the computer, one to watching TV, one to be listening to the radio, and another possibly vacuuming. Well don't take that as a given in this apartment because the circuit breaker will prevent such diverse activities.
The cable modem we had also lost its internet connection on severage occasions, but that is probably more related to Comcast's service.
Oh yah...and you get ripped off on rent.
