I thought the apartments were nice. The location is great. Walking distance to Star Market, Central Square T-station, MIT, and the many restaurants in Central Square. The rooms are fine, bathroom is okay, kitchen is fine. Usually pretty quiet. Last winter it was really cold in Boston, so the management sent people over to install new heating systems and provide some kind of insulative shielding to put over the windows. I've never had problems with security for the building. No ants here (ants had been a problem in my dormitory). No problem with hot water (that had been a problem in my dormitory as well). I think there were 2 separate circuit breakers for 3 bedrooms (only an issue when we were running several heaters in the apartment, before they upgraded the heating). The building maintenance guy is nice. Overall, a fairly solid place.
