We rented an apartment on Hemenway for our son who was in college near by. The management was responsive to maintenance complaints, however the buildings are just too old to be safe and should be gutted and remodeled. There were constant parties and it was not a good atmosphere for studying. There is filty black soot covering everything. The bathroom and kitchen was disgusting and could not be cleaned. We found a much better apartment in a new building.
