Never ever again! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/20/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I lived on Huntington Avenue and my landlord was unfortunately Northeastern Metro Realty. I hate them. Despite maintainence blunders, inconsiderate and inexperienced staff, smelly hallways and dirty, non-functioning apartments, what I have to say next takes the cake. My friends, in the apartment downstairs, had no screens which is illegal and imperative for them because their windows faced a dumpster and an alley. After months of requesting screens they finally threatened legal action and got their screens. I was happy for them until I went to my apartment and saw all my screens missing. The exact amount was missing as they had received. You can understand my disdain for this shockingly, disgusting, immoral and souless group of realators. I can't even tell you how many times we had to call the Health Code Services people because of 97 degree overheating and lack of hot water in the middle of Winter. I hope they get run out of the business, they are horrible, horrible people.
