I dont know how people can try to move into an apartment and not check the entire place out. Maybe you are inexperianced with apartments and dont know what you are doing, but do your homework before you complaine.
When we walked into the office we were instantly waited on, and taken right out to see place. The person who worked with us listend to what we wanted, and was still willing to show everything available to make sure we had options. As well as agreeing to negotiate with the landlord our fee (which was lowered).
Our apartment is amazing and on the budget we had, could not be closer to exactly what we had been looking for.
I am very happy and I think the only reason there are so many complaints on here is because people only wanna be heard when they want to complaine, they never want to compliment. However I was very satisfied.
