The place where I am residing has alot of mice. They do not fix things! There appliances are old and falling apart. There are holes in the walls. Refrigerator has mold not properly working. Kitchen cabinets are falling apart.

This is not a good place to live if you have kids. There are drug dealers, prostitutes walking outside all hours of the night.
