We just moved in not too long ago and absolutely love our apartment. Because of the market conditions, they dropped the prices on all their available apartments and we got a steal on ours. the concierge and the office staff is so accomadating, our move would have been a nightmare without their help. the area is very pretty too and it is so nice being near the water.

This is obviously posted by someone who has a vested interest in seeing units rented at Park Lane and has no business on this site or part of this objective community. This type of behavior violates our faith that this site is honestly portraying what it is like to rent at this particular place. Please Remove!

Ditto no one would ever say the staff Is accomodating because they simply are not at all. It's impossible they made the move easier unless this particular person put a gun to their head an made them be accomodating They do not help people and tell you it takes 2 weeks for a backround check, then they get to tell u the place u wanted is rented but they have another one for you that Is more than u can afford like they are helping you.
