My wife and I have lived here for over 2 years and we still love it! Our apartment is large and has a great view of the water. I saw some of these reviews and was shocked!! We have had such great experiences with the office and maintenance. They have always been friendly and responsive to us. I would recommend to anyone...actually we did refer a colleague of my wife's and got money for it. It's a great place, I'd come take a look before you believe everything you read on these sites.

Renters beware...management writes reviews for units and pose as tenets on this apartment review site. There is nothing written in this post that even closely resembles what a real live tenent would write. Please... Message to management: Why not clean up your act and stop screwing people? Then maybe actual tenets will post positive reviews and you can start living with integrity. You people are scam artists and should be ashamed of your terrible lack of not only ethics, but fair business practices. I have reported these multiple "fake" posts to the better business bureau who can trace them back to the original e-mail. Your unlawful business practices will catch up with you...be certain of it!

I think you may need to find something better to do with your time. Being delusional is not a good hobby.
