We've been looking for an apartment for what seems like months and finally have found a home at Park Lane! The apartment is beautiful with a great view and plenty of light. Sure, the rent is a bit expensive but that is to be expected for such a great location and new building. I'm shocked at some of the reviews on this web site regarding the office staff and maintenance. While my interactions have been minimal, they have always been nothing but professional, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Park Lane!

Wow...what apartment do you have in the building? Are you honestly posting that you can't hear the constant noise? I challenge the individual who posted this to prove they are an actual tenent and not management trying to fool more hapless victims (like me...an actual tenent!!!) It's shady business tactics like this that will prove to be the downfall of this place.

If you read my posting more carefully you would have realized that I have no moved in yet. My overall satisfaction level is based on my excitement to be there. Can't wait for the warm welcome from tenants like you.
