---Pros---
-It is in a very convenient location
-Very safe---I rarely even saw other people on my hallway.
-Has a 24 hour door person
-Accepts packages
-Cats are OK
-No realtor fee (a big plus)
-Has attached convenience store
-Laundry on each floor
-Trash-chute
-Multicultural environment
-Elevator (including a frieght elevator)
-Drycleaning pick-up
-The only utility you pay is AC
-Mailbox/drop-off in the facility
-Accepts only grad students and professionals
-Off street parking is available on the block
-Closets are fairly large
-Hardwood floors
-Claw tubs (though I hated them b/c they required 4 shower curtains)

----CONS----
-Expensive (though all of Boston is)
-The backside (facing the symphony) is loud in the mornings---trashtrucks honk their horns at 7 am on Tuesdays and Fridays
-The office staff are not exactly friendly-- some act as if they are doing you a favor
-The fire alarm seemed to go off rather frequently
-The hallways remind me of "The Shining"
-Hard to hang things---the walls are concrete not plaster
-Limited shelf/storage/counter space in the bathrooms
___________________________________________ < advice is that it is worth the cost of living in the Parkside. I do not recommend going to any other Forrest properties (besides the Parkside) in the area. We have had nothing but bad luck in their other properties and are moving back to the Parkside--
1) arson fire/break in that forced us to go to red cross shelter on Thankgiving,
2) break-in in the summer through fire escape
3) noisy neighbors
4) stolen packages
5) poor repairs
6) bugs
