As we have now lived in the Parkside for almost 2 years, I think it is safe to say that the accomodations just keep getting better. Recently, the lobby was refinished, and this noticible and much needed improvement has added so much value to the building, both figuratively and literally. Contrary to other reviews, the main reason we decided to renew our lease for another year is because of the professionalism exhibited by the Parkside Staff. They are always friendly and warm, and they go above and beyond to ensure that our problems are handled in a timely and thorough manner. We have made many friends throughout the building, and we really feel as though the staff does their best to create a "family" atmosphere. The Parkside is an older building, and many residents confuse the charm and quirkiness of an 80 year old building with poor maintenance and management. That, however, is just ignorance. In closing, I would say that the Parkside is the perfect place to reside if you are looking to live in one of the city's hidden gems. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
