We lived here for 9 months and could not get out of here fast enough. Management staff was a continuous turnover of rude, obnoxious people. Our nightmare started from day 1. The apartment was not ready by the time we arrived on a Sunday after a day of moving and driving 300 miles. We were forced to wait while the doorman pretended to look for our keys. Eventually they grudgingly paged management who let us into our new half cleaned apartment -yes complete with crap in the toilet. We have pictures of it too! Oh, and they refused to put us up in a hotel and offered one of their "free" apartments. This aparment was covered with filth and bundles of dog hair. Needless to say we did not sleep that night!
As the months wore on, problems started to creep up. First, our kitchen flooded since the pipes were clogged. Every time the apartments above us used their kitchen, all their waste would flow into our kitchen sink. Eventually the kitchen sink overflowed. We paged management and they told us to call back when the apartment was flooded. We resorted to not sleeping that night since we had to continously scoop dirty water from the kitchen to the toilet.

Rodent problems were never ending.

There was a crackhead living on the 3rd floor whom the managament was trying to evict. Meanwhile this man was dealing crack and harrasing other tennants.

Parking' Don't even get me started. There are very limited parking spots which are each assigned to the "lucky tenant" whose name is on top of the wait list. However, this spot is not completely yours as even managament would dump their car in your spot. Try getting that car towed!!!

Rent here at your own risk!!! It wasn't worth the price. Pay a little more and move to Church Park which is up the street from this apartment building.
