I did not live in this building specifically - but a smaller (unlisted) building down the street run by the same management (which is based out of the Parkside). Not only was the property manager completely unprofessional with their dealings with residents, but also their own employees. It was a sickening experience having any dealing with them. The building itself was in ruins, and while the maintenance group did the best they can - the property manager was beyond OBNOXIOUS when it came to updates and responses to any problems. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING A DIFFERENT PLACE TO LIVE.
ps - I used to work in the real estate market in boston and can assure you this company functions like a slumlord.
