I didn't live in the Parkside I live in one of the buildings down the road and it was okay. I had one of the "renovated" units, which means I had new kitchen cabinets and a new stove but for the most part was okay. It's a cool neighborhood and in the summers it's pretty quite. The only real draw back it the staff. Most of them are awful. There are rude, dismissive, make you feel like you should apologize for bothering them at work etc. They rarely communicated with us about what was going on in our building. They have no sense of customer service and they are the #1 reason I moved. Why pay that much money just to be treated like crap' But hey if you enjoy abuse or you just like a challenge then maybe this you could be home by now.
