forest properties, which manages several buildings listed on this rating site (all which recieve few glowing reviews), and from whom i rented two years, is TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE.
true to SLUM LORD FASHION, which is disturbing considering the PRICE, their responses to problems are nonexistant.
talk to tenants in the building about parking (OVERPRICED, AND YOUR 'ASSIGNED' SPOT IS UNENFORCABLE AND OFTEN USED BY MAINTAINENCE)
