Read all the reviews, stay away from this apartment

I lived there for two years since I was too busy to find a new place when my first lease ended. The entrance looks luxious, but the rooms are not luxious at all.
Office people are nice only when you rent the apartment, but if you have to leave the apartment because of the reasons that you can't help, for example, you got a job in NY and you have to move out Boston, they would not show any attitude to be negotiated. While I lived there,

the elevator broken for 3 month
a couple times of fire alarm in midnight
black out once and everything in the refridge went bad
3 times water stopped so you cannot flash your toilet nor take shower.
door broken twice. Once the door fall over, once I could not get out of my room because the lock was broken and I could not open the door.
every morning, you have to pick up bugs from the bath tab.
bed bugs were really problem. I could not sleep well for a couple month. and other bugs, you see daily. Trust me, I keep my room clean. But bugs live in the building, not only in my room.
If you lock yourself out at night, you will wait for one hour because the person who has a key lives far away and you pay $100 fee.

When something happens, they try to act as soon as possible, however, the apartment is so old that problems come up daily. Water is brown and stinky, walls are so thin that you can hear every single word your neighboor speaks. In the coldest morning, there are no hot shower, or hot shower only last 30 seconds. Heating gets really low as well. It's up to you if you wanna live this apartment or not, but these are what I experienced while I lived there, no lie, no exaggeration. I don't usually write review on the web, but I could not help doing this. There are lots of other apartments in the same price with this apartment. Do not think that this is one of the most luxious apartments in Boston just by seeing the lobby.

Good things as other reviwers talk as well, the concierges are usually nice and it's safe to live.
