When I first moved in I was stoked because it would be my first time living as a college student in an off-campus apartment! Boy was I disappointed.

Many times...
- The water did not work because they were "fixing the pipes"
- Hot water did not work. Extremely inconvenient for showering
- We asked for something to be fixed only to have a maintenance guy bring the wrong tool week(s) later.

The building is pretty run down on the inside, although it looks nice on the outside. The management downstairs is absolutely awful. I can recall numerous times going into the office to talk to them about something and each time I found the women who work there on facebook or something ilke that. They aren't good at keeping records.

I had an extremely difficult time tracking down the money they owed me for the security deposit. At the end of each e-mail I sent them about it I explicitly stated "please confirm that you have got this e-mail by responding" but they did not. Tracking down the money that they owed me was a huge hassle... they sent the check to the wrong address multiple times, and they only told me that after I called them about it!

Long story short, do not live there! I'm sure you can find a similar place in same neighborhood.
