I am staying in this apt from last one year. Overall I feel these apts are good. My apt is on northampton road. I have never seen any rats in my apt till now( which are common in Boston area!!). they have excellent maintenance service. Staff is friendly.......Its good option for students studying in Boston medical center or BUGSDM. there is 7/11 cross streat.
