We moved in our kitchen was already infested with cockroaches. They only spray apartments on request so the roaches kept coming back from other apartments. We had a mouse that would eat through the walls (probably what people are referring to as Rats in the other reviews).

The management screwed us over by telling us one week before we were scheduled to move in that our apt was not available and forced us into another apt. It was pretty ridiculous.

Two of my packages were stolen as well.

The management has changed managers about 15 times in the past year. The hours are inconsistent and the only way to do your laundry is to fill a card which is located in the management office. However, the management office is rarely open and the hours are for the unemployed. Those who have real jobs find themselves late to work just to get money for laundry or buy a parking pass. If the office says it opens at 830 dont expect anymore before 10.

Its definitely a borderline shady area, however the brightside it is within walking distance from all the best restaurants, the pru, and everything. I loved the location and the price, but im not sure it was all worth it for the hassle.
