I recently moved out of a property that was managed by the Mark Alexander, etc. It was a terrible experience. They were both nice and personable--until after I signed my lease. Here are some reasons why I would NOT recommend renting a property from this company:

(1) The person who was supposed to let me in on my move-in date forgot/didn't show up on time so I had to wait with my movers until someone came
(2) When someone from the management company finally arrived to let me in--oops! They forgot to do a check after the last tenants--who left the unit a mess.
(3) They never started/completed repairs. There was a rotting door frame in the unit when I moved in. They kept telling me they would take care of it. For months I called about getting it repaired. A year later--the door frame still isn't repaired!
(4) Mark Alexander forgot to show up for the final walk through. I finally left because I had a place to catch. He called me the next day and had the gall to ask me to return my keys ASAP (which I would've done had he showed up at the walk-through)
(5) They were late at returning my deposit by a good few months
(and didn't respond to any emails or calls I left after I vacated)

Don't be fooled my Mark Alexander's "I'm a Christian and I believe in dealing with people fairly" crap.
