The lofts in the Piano Craft Guild are beautiful spaces, with lovely hardwood floors, brick walls, and very high ceilings. If you like a space with character, you'll appreciate these lofts. Several upgrades have been made in the past few years, including roof repair and landscaping for the interior courtyard, and the neighborhood has shown significant improvement due to expansion by nearby Northeastern University. Most tenants are friendly, and the art gallery on the main floor is an added bonus.
