Watch out for the rent increases From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/28/2002 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001   Lived here from 1999-2001. Generally, my experience was good except when I had obnoxious neighbors who blasted their music through the paper-thin walls. But what finally made me move out was the yearly rent hikes - 1st one was 20% and the second (which I rejected by moving out) was 10%.
