Nice, but not worth the money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/20/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I have lived in the Gloucster for 3 years. Over that time they have made lots of imporovements. The apartments are nice and spacious. High ceilings and hardwood floors. The new star market is a nice convenience. Cons: floors are paper thin and you can hear someone walkng across the floor. They raise the rent about 8-15% a year which makes it quite expensive. Much too high for the back bay when comparable apartments are going for 25-30% less in te area.
