Very good apartment building From: KangKodos Date posted: 9/9/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Overall I love this place: ***Location is unbeatable, Pru shopping, Newbury, brand new Shaw's (their flagship, I think) ***Excellent staff. Management and leasing are a little bit snotty, but the important people are the concierges and maintenance crew, who are the ones who make or break your experience here. They're the best, even at 3am. ***Great neighbors: all ages, but all quiet...I've never had to complain about anyone here. ***Great View ***Everyone know how to get here: taxies, dry cleaners, and most importantly, delivery food. ***Parking: price is "reasonable" with resident discount. ***It's pretty safe around here. ---Con: I've had no troubles really, except my bedroom and closet doors get stuck and my toilet flushes for infinity. Maintenance has always responded immediately and temporarily fixed the problem...this is my only major complaint about living here. ---Con: Apt. Quality is best in the area, but there's still room for improvement. Ex) towel racks in bath room not securely fit to the wall.
