Prudential Center Apartments

Live here if you are deaf and dumb From: maineskier79 Date posted: 6/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005   I lived at the Prudential from 2001 - 2005. Over the years it went from decent to bad in a short timeframe. The location is great, the apartments are large with good closets. The current management staff and cocky woman in the maintenance office all need to be fired. Arrogance, unfriendliness and a F U attitude rules. The lobby desk has a revolving door and security is a joke. They are now building a husge hotel/condo and the noise has been unbearable. Despite this they have the nerve to keep cranking up the rents and will not even consider moving you or cutting a deal to keep you. Oh, and be prepared to hear every move your upstairs neighbor makes on the 60's parquest tiles. You will also know every time they hit the can. The toilets sound like a jet taking off at Logan. I have happily bought a condo on the top floor of a great building 3 blocks from here. My mortgage is less money than I paid for rent.
